Otoplasty Patient 04

Description:

This is a 40 year old female who came in for otoplasty. She had been bothered by other teenagers when she was younger and they have always been a source of insecurity. She wished to have them be pinned back and be more even. Conchal bowl setback and Mustarde sutures procedures were performed to correct the position and fold of the ears for better symmetry. The after photos were taken 5 months later.
