Face the Facts
Let’s face it, we pretty much take our skin for granted. It has been there our whole lives, shielding our insides and holding everything together. We don’t care much about it until it is sunburned or breaking out. I never used to think of my skin, blissfully going through my twenties and thirties imagining it would always be the same and not paying much attention.
All of a sudden on each birthday I started noticing CHANGES. ‘Don’t be afraid’ I would tell myself as I would approach the mirror only to find that somehow sun spots had appeared overnight. A new wrinkle? A dreaded SAG? What was going on here? How had my never aging appearance appear to be AGING?
Then something magic happened. Skincare appeared in my life (and I started working for Dr. Chiu). I was introduced to CE Ferulic, my skin savior. What was the precious elixir? It is a serum formulated to put Vitamin C and Vitamin E below the surface of your skin. It is combined with Ferulic acid to provide double the amount of protection of Vitamins C and E together. What does that mean to me? I’ll break it down for you.
Antioxidant, it prevents free radical damage, stimulates collagen synthesis (which diminishes AGING), helps prevent skin cancer and replenishes essential lipids. (makes your skin healthy and look better).
CE Ferulic is my ‘go to’ every morning after my shower (after using Skincueticals cleanser of course) I make breakfast to let it soak in, then apply makeup. It absorbs under the skin layer, so it doesn’t sit on top making my foundation slide off. It actually will remain below your skin surface for up to three days and won’t wash off. That means you are continuing to put this valuable product into your skin and it will always be there for you. Talk about having a best buddy!
How did it change my skin? After less than two weeks use, I noticed a MAJOR change. Replacing the lipids counteracted any dehydration making my skin appear plumper. The vitamins gave me a healthy glow. I only could think of sponge cake when I would touch my face and it would spring back. WOW
Now it is my one of five products on a desert island. It’s even more important than mascara, or my curling iron. Seriously? Seriously!
