Tummy Tuck Patient 10

Description:

35 year old female, 5'4" tall and 160 pounds, wants a flat stomach. Physical examination revealed a diastasis recti and umbilical hernia along with the redundant tissues of the abdomen. Abdominoplasty with repair of umbilical hernia, repair of diastasis recti with mesh, and liposuction of hips, flanks, and bra line were performed. 2.7 liters were aspirated from the sides and 12 1/2 inches of skin were removed as measured along the midline. Diastasis recti was repaired and tightened 4 inches, along with oblique muscle tightening of 2 inches on each side. Follow-up photos were taken 2 months later.
