Here’s a look at the top five lists of both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures for both men and women in 2015 and how they compare to the results from 2014.
Top 5 Male Surgical Cosmetic Procedures
In 2015, the top five surgical cosmetic procedures stayed the same as the top five in 2014, with a slight change in numbers. The top five list for 2015 compared to 2014 is:
- Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping)
Total male procedures: 53,248 out of 217,979 – 24% of total procedures
Down 3% from 2014 - Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)
Total male procedures: 29,906 out of 203,934 – 15% of total procedures
Up 2% from 2014 - Gynecomastia (breast reduction in men)
Total male procedures: 27,456 out of 27,456 – 100% of total procedures
Up 5% from 2014 - Liposuction
Total male procedures: 25,656 out of 222,051 – 12% of total procedures
Up 5% from 2014 - Rhytidectomy (facelift)
Total male procedures: 11,963 out of 125,711 – 10% of total procedures

Just like with the top five surgical cosmetic procedures for men, the top five non-surgical male procedures remained the same as 2014, with some slight changes to the numbers. The top five list for male non-surgical cosmetic procedures is:
