Cosmetic Revision of Breasts (Larger Size) 34 year old female, 5'7" tall and 130 pounds, wants to remove her saline implants and have larger silicone implants placed. She wants more fullness and a closer cleavage. 500cc high profile silicone implants were placed through her original areolar incisions after capsulotomies were performed to reshape her implant pockets. Implants were left in their sub glandular position (on top of muscle). Follow-up photos were taken 6 weeks later.
