24 year old male, 5'11" tall and 170 pounds, has had breasts since puberty and he wants to have them corrected. Simple mastectomy and liposuction of his chest was recommended. 225cc was aspirated from each chest wall (total 450cc) and the male breast tissue was excised. Follow up photos were taken 2 months later.
