The Eyes Have It…

August 11th, 2011 | Posted in: Wrinkles Treatment |

I’ll tell you my darkest secret. I hate the skin under my eyes. Not your garden variety ‘oh I hate this or that’, but a deep seated loathing of that square inch or so below my lashes. At some point I noticed that stubborn piece of real estate began to resemble crepe paper when I smiled. What was this? Also, when waking up in the morning, surprise! , little old lady staring back at me in the mirror. Who was that baggy eyed girl?

Now I declared war on this evil patch of skin a long time ago. I have attacked it from many fronts. I have had a laser treatment that required me to put in eyeball sized shielding contact lenses while my skin was zapped with God knows how much intensive light, while I tried to remain calm under valium. This gave me zero improvement, but left me with a rather interesting red batman mask for months (excuse me, but do they sell concealer in a jumbo pack?). I once went to a dermatologist who gave me filler under the eyes, but rather than doing correctly like Dr. Chiu does, he injected me about a billion times, then put pressure to ‘smooth’ it out which gave me severe bruising for three months. (Ever try to get a date when you look like a panda bear?)

Sigh.

What’s a person to do about this dreaded problem? The skin under your eyes is the thinnest and the first to go when father time sets in. It also will show dark circles and puffiness just for fun.

Filler is a very good option for lack of fullness, but what if the surface of your skin is more the culprit? My best solution to date is AGE Eye Complex. I have been using it for a month or so and have started to notice something important. When I smile and catch myself in the mirror I don’t see the dreaded crepe paper lady smiling back at me. During my skin care regimen morning and night half the time I’m forgetting to apply my AGE Eye Balm. What does this tell me? IT’S WORKING.

Why does it work? I’m no scientist, and the product description in our booklet is a little rough to understand without your PHD, but in a nutshell it does these important things:

-It restores water and nutrients which promote radiance and minimize dark circles.
-It contains peptides, which strengthen blood vessel walls and improves lymphatic drainage. This
decreases puffiness.
-It will increase skins elasticity and thickness to dramatically improve wrinkles and crow’s feet.

Is it a miracle in a jar? Pretty much, as far as I’m concerned. The best thing, no downtime! Put the concealor away and say goodbye to crepe paper, dark circles, puffiness and crow’s feet. Who said crows were allowed anyway!
